Hallowed Stones

One of the newer plantings in The Rocks AVA, Hallowed Stones vineyard is dedicated to Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. These varieties thrive in the hot days and cool nights, which are amplified by the cobblestone soil.

Sage and stone

Located in The Rocks AVA, Sage and Stone is home to only Syrah. The Syrah is trellised using bilateral VSP, which is aimed to keep the fruit at the optimal height above the cobblestone soil.

Watermill Estates

Situated in the heart of The Rocks AVA, Watermill Estates boasts varieties grown in the characteristic cobblestone soils. Experience the terroir through the following varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Mourvèdre.

Waterstone

Situated only a cobblestone’s throw away from Watermill Estates, Waterstone is home to plantings with only the fan trellis type. Each plant produces fruit at varying heights above the cobblestones, leading to unique taste profiles.
